Why is the Nexen N3000 tires only like $60 on bigwheels.net?

Are the Nexen N3000 tires any real at all? I wanted to get them in the 215/45/17 and they are really cheap? Are they not good at all, should i spend a little remarkably for different tires?
Nexen are if I rescind made in Malaysia which accounts for a big chunk of the low cost. Like all tires available today they are heavy-duty and safe but they are not very common in the U.S. Now if your asking is there something better on the market for a few bucks more?
