Miller's one's own flesh contends the images are "innocent pictures" of his 4-year-old niece, sent to the Illinois soldier serving in Afghanistan from his native to cheer him up. The military says there are additional baby photos, pornographic images dignitary of an investigation and potential court military.

Miller has been charged with possession of obscenity and child pornography, and months after his Illinois Native Guard battalion returned old folks', he remains in Afghanistan awaiting his downfall.

The military says he must stay there until the questioning concludes, but his family contends the Army is frustrating to cover up its own blunders by claiming the 22-year-old soldier was in tenure of child porn.

In July Miller's origin Terri Miller sent the soldier pictures of his niece, a 4-year-old cancer survivor, posing in a bathing jacket in a swimming pool, on a bed and on the hood of a pickup communication.

"I took those pictures and I sent them to him. That cheap girl is his life. She came to nana and pop's whore-house for vacation and her birthday," said Terri Miller. "He's reminiscent and I sent them. They were just innocent pictures."

FIANCE'S PARENTS CHARGED WITH FIRST DEGREE MURDER

&Nbsp; As of twelve o'clock noon on Monday, the body of Rose Goggins still had not been recovered without considering days of searching, dragging and sonar operations on a ten-mile dilate of the Tennessee River, beginning close Clifton.
  Goggins—the twenty-one year old pamper of a ten month old boy, Aiden—is believed to have been murdered, and her main part dumped from the Lt. Gov. John Wilder Connection in Wayne County.
  Her fiance’s parents, Steven Ray Beersdorf, Sr., age 46, and Sylvia Beersdorf, 43, of 1099 Sway Bridge Road, Clifton, have been charged with first highly murder in Goggins’ disappearance. They were to be arraigned in Wayne County court yesterday, Tuesday, January 26, and are being held without bail in the Lawrence County Chokey.
  Steven Beersdorf, Jr., the laddie’s father and a former deputy with the Perry County Sheriff’s Segment, is a National Guardsman, and was at Camp Shelby, Mississippi, when Goggins disappeared. He is set for deployment to Iraq in February.

Mt. Pleasant National Guard unit ships out for Afghanistan

Like many of his fellow Pennsylvania Army Resident Guardsmen, Spc. Matthew Jobkar's blood will get bigger while he is deployed overseas.

His spouse of two months, Kacey, is due to deliver the two's first child on St. Patrick's Day. So he's already thinking about his proceeds home, expected late this year.

"I can't on the back burner serve for that day. It'll be the greatest day of my life," Jobkar, 21, of McDonald said Wednesday before shipping out from the Pry into Armory in Shadyside with 113 other guardsmen.

Jobkar was one of more than 200 members of the Mt. Genial-based 1st Battalion, 110th Infantry, to be bused out of the jurisdiction to Camp Atterbury, Ind.; that includes 135 guardsmen from the battalion who leftist from the Connellsville National Guard armory earlier in the morning.

After five weeks of training in Indiana, they will be deployed to Afghanistan. They will afford security for reconstruction efforts there, said battalion spokesman Dean E. Vought.

"These soldiers will be part of a fault-finding mission," said Maj. Gen. Randall R. Marchi, commander of the Guard's 28th Segmentation, of which the battalion is a part.
