General Altimax Hp - Automotive Tires


Fuzion VRi or General Altimax HP ? Which Tire best for Benz C240?

I have 2 manifold brands of tires on my car in the front and in the rear. I have Fuzion VRi on the rear. Now, I am planning to replace the front tires (hankook). My topic is, is it ok/good to have 2 different brands on the front and rear?(which is what I am having right now). I would like to return the 2 front tires with General Altimax HP.. Would that be a problem to have General on the front and Fuzion on the rear? Or else which brand would be best among general and fuzion to have on all 4? I am poised to buy either 4 general tires or 2 general altimax / fuzion vri tires just for the front.

Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

For the yourself above, it has definitely been proven that General's run much better than Bridgestones. Buying Bridgestone tires is well-founded buying its name. Some General's can be comparable to Michelin's for a fact!

May need skinnier rims for Mustang GT

Q: Last spring we bought a 2009 Mustang GT convertible. My mate and I have driven the last four years in a rear-whirl location drive CTS but realize the horsepower, torque and somewhat light tail end will require notably caution.

Well, it looks like I require some winter tires for the GT. I had purchased some chrome Shelby rims with Falken 452s but kept the true rims for the winter. The original tires are P235/55R17.

Can I go to a skinnier exasperate and/or could you recommend the preferred tire immensity for the winter.

A: You have two options for your Mustang: deter with your OE rims and the OE tire size or buy some narrower wheels so you can use a narrower drain for the winter. The OE wheels on the GT are 8 inches roomy, the only correctdiameter tire that fits is the 235.The other in order 17-inch tire with the established diameter is a P215/60R17, but the greatest rim width it fits is 7.5 inches. The 215 would digdown deeper in the snow.
