DOVER, Del. (AP) - Improved sales across its universal markets and lower raw material and dash costs led to a fourth-quarter turnaround for DuPont, which calculation continued improvement in 2010.
The chemicals suite on Tuesday reported net income of $441 million, or 48 cents per stake, in the three months that ended Dec. 31 versus a downfall of $629 million, or 70 cents per dispensation, a year earlier.

Monsanto Rounds Up Documents for the DOJ
15.01.10
"Everyone from rival DuPont (NYSE: DD) to the Associated Crowding has been critical of Monsanto's business practices. "
I conclude from the AP article. It was apparent that DuPont spoon fed it to the idiot Chris Leonard who reported breathlessly that there were "replacement of control" clauses in these licensing agreements. Everyone who licenses IP uses these. Even DuPont.
Now I be familiar with that DuPont got a CID but evidently was not comfortable reporting it. Monsanto purposes leads with its chin by disclosing this, but DuPont is bothersome to be sly. Clearly they have a lot to lose because their OGAT quality has failed. Now they have the largest share of RR soybeans set to go off copyright in 2015.
Looks like the most favored soybeans for farmers to safeguard and replant will be DuPont's Pioneer brand.
Unless, of route, the government in all its socialist wisdom decides to take thinker property from a $12 billion cast and give it to a $30 billion company in demand to make sure the markets are "adequate."
